Uh..

Sorry, but isn't this just an A.L.I.C.E. Chat bot, hotlinked from pandorabots.com? I mean, I asked it "Who made you?" and it told me it was an ALICEBOT. At 2kb, all you're doing is sending and retrieving the questions and answers from a website o.O

Not bad

Not bad at all, reminded me of the old Rogue Squadron game for N64. Gameplay was a little lacking, I thought, but fantastic graphics.

Optimise?

Quite a fun game, but I think you've got the auto-graphical-degrade set a little too twitchy. My Quad Core certainly wasn't labouring at all, and it was still continuously turning off all my graphics. Can you at least have an option to override auto adjust?

Very stuttery

Has extremely poor frame rate, and my computer is not exactly old. PM me if you need help with optimisation of your code.

By programmers, for programmers, I think.. Awesome work on integrating the ragdoll engine, you did real good.

Can I ask, were you just testing for point-on-point collisions (when you run into dead zombies, etc), and resolving them like normal circle-circle collisions, or were you actually testing the constraints for collisions?

it is loosly based on the engine namzorg made, but I did do some heavy modifications to it to improve the "feel". Also I did infact memorize the code and know it off by heart now and wrote it myself :P

If anything was going to revive the breakout genre, this would be it. I hope it gets frontpage.

Preloader

The preloader problem is because you have all of your library objects set to export in first frame - therefore, they have to load for the preloader to show up. The solution is to turn off 'export in first frame' in linkage, then put everything you want loaded in a hidden frame (when I say hidden, I mean the user should never see it). If you don't put everything in a hidden frame, and have export in first frame turned off, it just plain won't load at all xD

Hope this helped, this problem had me stumped for days.
